Does anyone have any quick easy and good cookie recipes? - quick cookie recipes

Hello, today I had a party night and I must make some biscuits. I have a few random ingredients for something easier and faster to better, thank you!

Scottish Shortbread
2 cups butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 1 / 2 cups all purpose flour

1.Preheat oven to 325 F or 165 C
2.Cream butter and brown sugar. Knead for 5 minutes, add enough flour to make soft dough. Roll to 1 / 2 inch thick. Cut into 3x1 inch strips. Click on a fork and not on greased baking sheet.
4.Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

* 3 / 4 cup peanut butter
Butter * 1 / 2 cup or margarine, soft
Sugar * 1 / 2 cup brown, firmly packed
Sugar * 1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 large egg
* 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 1 / 2 cups all purpose flour
* 3 / 4 c. Tea Soda
* 1 / 4 c. Tea Salt
* Granulated sugar

Arrival

In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter mixture, butter, brown sugar, 1 / 2 cup granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and stir.

Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.

Cover. Refrigerator at least 1 hour.

Cut the dough into 24 balls, each 2 inches in diameter.

Place about 2 inches apart on two sides of cookies.

Flatten with fork dipped in granulated sugar to form crisscross pattern.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.

Cool on wire rack.

INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate cake mix
1 / 2 cup butter, softened 2 eggs
1 cup dark chocolate
Chips

NOTES:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 ° C).

INGREDIENTS:
1 (18.25 ounce) pacKage
Yellow Cake Mix
1 egg
1 (8 ounces frozen) container whipped cream layer, thawed
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons white sugar

NOTES:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 ° C).
2. In a medium bowl, cake flour, eggs and cream combine until it forms a paste. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Roll the dough into balls size of a walnut and balls in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place on baking sheet prepared with the exception of 1 to 2 cm.
3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. The cookies are golden brown. Cool cookies on baking sheet for several minutes before cooling on rack.

Yes! I just today .... I got off the Internet, but a few biscuits GREAT!

Here:
Soft Snickerdoodles Cookies --
1 cup butter
11 / 2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 3 / 4 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt 1 / 4 teaspoon tea

Flooring:
3 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees

3. Combing flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt in another bowl
4. The ingredients are mixed
5.Chill mass greased oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes

Make sure that you delete cookies immediately when removed from the furnace to achieve the proper results.
