I never oil, flaxseed, but I bought the other day, just b / c I've heard and read how it works for you. My question was, I know that linseed oil is a liquid and can be eaten ... If I can use to replace or salad dressing, that would be too soft? Recommendations for dealing with cooking oil, flaxseed would be greatly appreciated.
