Dilip ... are "normal" ... Who told you that you do not?

You must understand that the numbers are not obtained by auscultation of the brachial artery are real. Are not exactly accurate in any way, and while changes in the readings reflect changes in the BP zone, they (the measurements themselves) depends on several factors, especially their physiological makeup. . Just as the color of the eyes, skin and hair, or the length of his arm, and the number of moles that you do for your body, the readings are "absolute" almost by accident.

Of course there are "average", but he is also required, on average, that the extremes on both sides of the "media". They are not "extreme" and are therefore quite normal.
Forget to take medication ....... they do not need and there is none!

100/55 is not "very low". Do not tell me who have symptoms, but the pressure is not uncommon, especially for a young and healthy. Maintianing recommend adequate fluid intake by drinking plenty of water and a pinch of salt to your food. If you find that you get dizzy when you can quickly get up, you need to grow only slowly.

You have 2 options:

1. Go to someone who studied medicine for 6 years and spent a lot of tests or

2. Ask people at random from a relatively anonymous forum, 99% of them have not done a study of a single health-related quality of life.

"Clear Choice", is not it? :)

If you want to donate to go to someone personally, you can start a friendship with someone who works in Africa for charity or something. My brother lives in Africa, and we could certainly find many people who could use the property - would be a good way to start. Appliances such as UNICEF could not come from individual donations that way. Find someone who lives and works with people.

You can also contact churches in your area and see if they support the missionaries in poor areas. You can take information board staff or missionaries Contact mission, and we had a connection to the people.

Why not a toys and picture books for business or goodwill, or the Army Hello. There are poor children, less fortunate, here in the U.S., which could be used. Please send your donations to UNICEF or other institution for African children to feed. I am sure you would rather eat than play with toys and picture view of pounds.
